Who can resist a big, thick chocolate chip cookie topped with scoops of ice cream, drizzled with warm caramel, whipped cream, and topped with a cherry? This sundae is served right out of the pan and is enough to share with a crowd. Spoon different flavors of ice cream onto the warm, soft cookie crust and enjoy.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 220 g softened butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups premium flour
- 2 heaping teaspoons of instant coffee
- 1.5 tsp of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tbsp. milk chocolate granules
- 1 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate granules
- Ice cream, such as vanilla, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, or chocolate, for serving
- Hot caramel, for serving
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Maraschino cherries, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add the vanilla extract and eggs and mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, instant coffee, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture in 3 additions, mixing after each addition. Add the milk and semisweet chocolate chips.
- Place the batter in a 25cm diameter pan and bake until golden brown, 30-40 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, top with a few scoops of your favorite ice cream, and drizzle with hot caramel, garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
