Neapolitan ice cream in three different flavors is topped with whipped cream of your choice, cotton candy, and a rich chocolate brownie, which is also filled with deliciousness. While ice cream, cotton candy, and whipped cream are all store-bought, the only way to achieve a delicious brownie is to bake it yourself. In addition to being rich in chocolate, this cake also contains pieces of Oreo cookies and chocolate bars, as well as salted peanuts, which beautifully enhance the rich chocolate flavor of the cake.

Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with foil; spray with cooking spray. In a large saucepan, melt 2 cups dark chocolate and 4 ounces butter over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in 3/4 cup each refined and brown sugar; let cool slightly. Whisk in 4 eggs and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Whisk in 1 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt, then whisk in 1 cup crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies and 0.5 cups of chopped chocolate bars and salted peanuts. Transfer to the prepared baking dish; bake at 325°F (160°C) for 35 minutes. Cool, cut into pieces. Serve the brownies with Neapolitan ice cream, whipped cream, and cotton candy.
