"My grandchildren adore these cookies, and they can make them themselves!" shares Nancy Fuller. Indeed, these peanut butter, chocolate, toffee, and oatmeal cookies require no baking: all the ingredients are simply mixed together, then piled on a baking sheet and set.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 tbsp. dark chocolate granules
  • 0.5 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate granules
  • 0.5 cup granulated toffee + extra for sprinkling
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 tsp coarse salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Combine the oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, toffee pieces, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is melted, 3–5 minutes.
  2. Place a few heaping spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet and sprinkle each cookie with toffee pieces. Freeze for 15 minutes before serving. Cookies can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for up to 1 week..
