Chocolate chip cookies have become a symbol. Glass milk And a couple of cookies—what could be cozier? We suggest experimenting a little and making cookies using malted milk, with brown sugar adding a special chewiness. Toffee lovers will definitely love these—they're incredibly chewy. And if you're feeling extra creative, you can even make ice cream sandwiches with them.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

250 g butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 tbsp. malted milk powder
2 cups premium flour
1 and 1/4 teaspoons of baking soda
1 and 1/4 teaspoons salt
One (340g) package of milk chocolate drops (chocolate chips)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

Beat the butter, then add both sugars and beat until fluffy. Add the eggs and lightly mix, then add the vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Add the malted milk and beat until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the butter mixture and whisk gently until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Drop the dough by the teaspoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between the cookies (they will expand slightly during baking).
Bake for 9-11 minutes; the cookies will be very flat and very chewy. Let them cool slightly before removing them from the baking sheet with a spatula.

Sandwich cookies

Let cool completely and use 2 cookies to make an ice cream sandwich. Add decorative sprinkles to the edges of the ice cream and wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap.
