How to Make Snowstorm Cookies
Time: 30 min.

Alkaline cocoa powder gives these cookies a rich chocolate flavor. They're soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and have a deliciously cracked surface. A snow-white dusting of powdered sugar creates a snow-like effect on the dark cookies, making them the perfect treat for the winter holidays. Bake these cookies with your kids, and everyone is guaranteed to have a great time.
