Even a child can make these amazing cookies. They're made with store-bought, chilled peanut butter cookie dough, which is cut into pieces, placed into the cavities of a mini-muffin pan, and baked. Then, while still warm, place a peanut butter-filled chocolate candy (like a Reese's Bowl) in the center of each cookie. Delicious cookies without the fuss. Bake them for a children's party, and the treat will disappear quickly.
