Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Microwave the flour in a small bowl for 1 minute. Remove and stir well. Microwave for another minute or until the temperature reaches 180°F (82°C). Sift into a medium bowl, then whisk in the baking powder and salt (see Note).
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, yogurt, and vanilla with a mixer on medium-high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Add the flour mixture and mix on low speed until smooth. Turn off the mixer and mix by hand if necessary. You can use the dough in desserts, such as enhancing a milkshake or ice cream, or bake cookies with it..
- Roll the dough into 1 tablespoon balls. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet, form into 1 cm thick disks, and bake at 175°C until golden brown on the bottom, 10–12 minutes.
- Note
Microwaving flour at 180°F (82°C) may reduce the risk of illness associated with eating it raw or undercooked. Store the dough in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for up to 5 days..
