New York City black-and-white cookies, half covered in white icing and the other in dark chocolate, symbolize friendship and peaceful coexistence between races. These cookies always look stunning thanks to their contrasting pattern, and the easiest way to make them is to bake simple round sugar cookies and decorate them with white and chocolate icing, either store-bought or made using your favorite recipe.
