Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cake flour, all-purpose flour, and baking powder. In another large bowl, using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Then whisk in the milk and vanilla.

  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients and knead the dough. Spoon the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving 5 cm between each circle. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the edges of the cookies begin to brown.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. In a large bowl, whisk in the powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, adding boiling water. Add enough water to create a thick but spreadable mixture. Transfer half of the glaze to another bowl and stir in the melted chocolate.
  5. When the cookies are done, let them cool completely. Frost one half of the flat side (where the cookies were baked) with white icing, and the other half with chocolate icing. Wait until the cookies are dry and the icing is completely hard.
