What's most appealing about this recipe from the host of the cooking show "At Ree Drummond's Ranch"? Probably the fact that you don't have to find fancy ice cream molds. Just use disposable paper cups and fill them with delicious vanilla ice cream, topping it with layers of candy.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pack sandwich cookies (12-14 pcs.), broken into pieces
  • 15 pcs. baskets, break into pieces
  • 300 g of crushed chocolate dragees in colored glaze
  • 2 liters of very good quality slightly softened vanilla ice cream
  • Additional accessories: 15 paper cups with a capacity of 142 ml.
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine crushed cookies, peanut butter cups, and chocolate chips and spoon a spoonful of the mixture into the bottom of each cup.
  • Step 2
  • Place the ice cream in a large mixing bowl, then fold in the remaining chocolate and cookie mixture. Gently fold in the shortcrust pastry attachment. Pour the ice cream into the cups and carefully insert a skewer into each cup.
  • Step 3
  • Place in the freezer until the ice cream is set. Remove the ice cream from the paper cups before serving.
