Jamie Oliver's Amaretti cookies are gluten-free and perfect for the winter holidays. These airy and crispy Italian cookies boast the exquisite flavor of almonds and Amaretto liqueur. They are made using only ground almonds, sugar, and egg whites. Despite their minimal ingredients and ease of preparation, Amaretti are delicious and far from ordinary. Their flavor pairs perfectly with coffee. They can also be used in other desserts as a garnish or flavoring.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 170°C, grease and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sugar, almonds, and amaretto until smooth.
- Using a pastry bag or teaspoon, drop balls of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 cm apart.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack, cool, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve. chocolate fondue.
