You'll need just three ingredients and just 20 minutes to make these cookies from start to finish. They're gluten-free—no flour required!—but your loved ones won't even know it thanks to the rich flavor and texture of classic cookies.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup creamy salted peanut butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, and egg and beat with a mixer on high speed until smooth, 2–3 minutes. Form 1 tablespoon of dough into balls and distribute evenly on two baking sheets. Flatten each ball with the tines of a fork to create a crisscross pattern.

  3. Bake until set and golden brown around the edges, about 10 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
