The name "s'more" translates to "just a little more." This delicious combination of roasted marshmallows, chocolate, and cookies is hard to resist and hard to stop. Made over a campfire or grill, it's perfect as a quick camping dessert. Kids love it. This recipe adds a peanut butter twist to the classic s'more: instead of regular dark chocolate, use peanut butter-filled chocolate candies, like Reese's, and instead of graham crackers, use peanut butter-filled cookies. Press the roasted marshmallow onto the candy and sandwich it between two cookies to melt the chocolate. Enjoy!
