"What's the perfect breakfast cookie? I've found that many people like low-sugar cookies. They also love oatmeal. As for chocolate, just a little goes a long way. These breakfast cookies are easy to make, but they're definitely not like your average oatmeal raisin cookie," says Amanda Rettke.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 2.5 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup peanut butter (my family prefers crunchy)
- 1/3 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate granules
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl. Add the oats, peanut butter, chocolate, honey, cinnamon, and salt and mix until smooth (the mixture will be thick and difficult to stir).
- Using your hands, form the dough into balls, pressing them very tightly. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the edges begin to brown, 12–15 minutes.
