The combination of peanut butter and jam is more typical for regular sandwiches. But try it as an ice cream dessert – it's a true delight! Simply spread two peanut butter cookies with grape jam, sandwich a scoop of ice cream between them, and roll the sides in chopped peanuts. Enjoy immediately or wrap each dessert individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer.
