These cookies are made with a simple sugar cookie dough. Simply add a spoonful of peanut butter along with all the other ingredients. Peanut butter cookies often have a simple pattern: fork tine marks. Sprinkle these grooves with coarse sugar to make the cookies crispier.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Mix the dough for classic sugar cookies without the zest. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter along with the sugar. Form medium-sized balls and press them with a fork. Sprinkle with coarse sugar and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
