Make your Sunday brunch special and start the day with this luxurious chocolate peanut butter smoothie. The perfect combination of flavors, beautiful presentation, and the benefits of fresh ingredients all in one glass. This smoothie also makes a great dessert.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 60 g chopped bittersweet chocolate
  • 60 g of heavy cream
  • 2 large bananas, peeled, sliced ​​and frozen
  • 280 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the chocolate in a small bowl, pour the cream over it, and place it over a saucepan of simmering water (the water shouldn't touch the bottom of the bowl!), stirring until the chocolate melts. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Place half of the chocolate cream in a blender along with the bananas, yogurt, milk, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.

  3. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the bottom and sides of two large glasses. Fill each glass with smoothie and serve immediately.
