How to Make - Smoothie for Active People

Time: 5 min.
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 1 banana-chocolate smoothie

This is a special weekday breakfast that's both food and drink for those who can't even sit down in the morning. If this "energizer" is a petite person and doesn't overdo caffeine, then replace the coffee concentrate with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. It adds extra protein and a unique flavor. I take overripe bananas, peel them, cut them into quarters, and put them in freezer bags. This helps give the smoothie an ice cream flavor without the need for ice cream.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
