This healthy, light fruit drink recipe uses unsweetened almond milk paired with fresh fruit and berries. This vitamin-rich, cool smoothie can be made in a blender in just a couple of minutes.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium banana, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mango
  • 2 cups chilled unsweetened almond milk with vanilla aroma
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Place banana chunks, blueberries, strawberries, and mango in a blender, then pour in almond milk. Blend for about 30 seconds until combined. Serve in chilled glasses with a straw.
