Berry sauce for meat - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 500 g fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup whiskey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and whiskey in a large saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the blueberries and raspberries and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and cool, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate until thickened.
