Even a child can handle this dessert. This vanilla cupcake, filled with juicy pockets of blueberries and strawberries, is ready in a microwave mug in just five minutes. No mixer or oven required. What could be better for summer, and if you're just treating yourself to a dessert?! Top it with fresh berries and whipped cream and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup premium flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 blueberries, halved
  • 1 strawberry, sliced
  • To serve: can of whipped cream and 1 strawberry, thinly sliced
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a 360 ml microwave-safe mug. Mix well with a fork. Add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, blueberries, and strawberries and mix well.

  • Wipe the rim of the mug and microwave on high for 90 seconds. Let the cake cool in the microwave for 1–2 minutes, then garnish with whipped cream and sliced ​​strawberries.
