Make a delicious and refreshing smoothie for breakfast, packed with vitamins, beneficial micronutrients, protein, and fiber. Blend peaches with low-fat cottage cheese, low-fat milk, lemon juice, a little honey for sweetener, and ice. The smoothie is nutritious and quite filling, and its flavor is well-balanced and slightly spicy thanks to the honey and a pinch of nutmeg, which perfectly complements the creamy notes of the drink.
