This tropical mango and coconut milk smoothie is rich in vitamin C and contains a lot of potassium. Chia seeds add fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, and also add texture, making this smoothie similar to popular Asian bubble tea. If the natural sweetness of the mango isn't enough, you can sweeten it with honey.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with coconut milk. Let sit for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soften slightly.
- Combine the mango, 2 tablespoons cold water, honey (if using), lime juice, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high speed until very smooth. Add the chia seed and coconut milk mixture and blend; do not overmix to avoid breaking up the chia seeds. Add 1-2 tablespoons of cold water if needed if the smoothie is too thick.
