Brighten up your day with these vibrant rainbow-colored smoothies. You can make a delicious, healthy drink in a new color every morning, or make it all at once if you're serving a crowd. The base for any of these smoothies is almond milk, yogurt, and ice. Then, add the appropriate ingredients and natural coloring to achieve the desired hue.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 1 cup baby spinach
- Half a green apple, diced
- Juice of half a lime
Orange
- 0.5 cups carrot juice
- 0.5 cup frozen peaches, diced
Violet
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Red
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp cashew paste
Yellow
- 0.5 cup diced mango
- Half a banana
- A pinch of turmeric
