Enjoy the tartness of natural yogurt and the sweetness of vanilla, honey, and coconut in this refreshing smoothie. Freeze coconut water in an ice cube tray ahead of time to keep it on hand. You can also make vanilla-infused honey ahead of time.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine water, honey, and vanilla bean in a small saucepan. Simmer for 7–9 minutes, stirring occasionally to develop the vanilla flavor. Remove the bean and let the mixture cool completely, about 10–15 minutes.
- In a blender, combine a little vanilla honey with yogurt, mint, and 0.5 cups of frozen coconut water cubes, or more to achieve the desired consistency. Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
