This healthy smoothie is also called drinking oatmeal, conveniently poured into a jar with a straw and enjoyed on the way to work. It's made with the finest rolled oats, which are pre-steamed in hot water for a few minutes and then blended with the other ingredients. Greek yogurt adds a creamy, smooth texture. Cherries add a subtle tartness and a wonderful aroma when combined with almond extract. Sweeten your smoothie with honey and enjoy. This smoothie is a great source of fiber during workdays.
