Baked broccolini sprigs are served with a sweet and savory peanut butter and honey sauce. You can drizzle with Sriracha sauce if desired. Broccolini can be served as an Asian-inspired appetizer or as a side dish, such as with Chinese noodles.

- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tbsp. l. sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- A pinch of red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
- Sriracha sauce, for serving
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Lime wedges for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the broccolini on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake until tender, about 15 minutes.
