No-bake peanut butter pie is a delicious dessert you can make for a crowd. A crust of crushed graham crackers is layered with a light peanut butter cream cheese frosting and vanilla whipped cream, topped with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 225 g soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup homogeneous peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- One 22-centimeter graham cracker crust
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until lukewarm. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside and cool slightly; the mixture should be thick but still pourable.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer on high speed. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with vanilla until the mixture doubles in volume and forms soft peaks.
- Fold a third of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to make it lighter. Add the remaining whipped cream and stir until smooth.
- Spread the mixture over the crust. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze the cake for 1 hour to set.
