Broccolini is roasted in the oven at a high temperature until charred but still juicy and vibrantly green, and served with a sweet and spicy Asian-inspired sauce. A perfect complement to grilled meats.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Toss 2 large, trimmed bunches of broccolini on a baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Spread in a single layer and bake in the oven at 450°F (245°C) until the broccolini is crispy around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Combine 1.5 teaspoons of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of agave syrup and 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the broccolini.
