Sweet and juicy broccolini perfectly complements the Italian sausage in this hearty and healthy pizza with white ricotta sauce. Lightly sauté the broccolini before adding it to the toppings to make it tender without losing its crispiness. Fry the raw sausages without the casings, then assemble the pizza on store-bought dough and bake. Quick, delicious, and healthier than the pizzeria!

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Place an inverted baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven; preheat oven to 450°F (245°C). Line another inverted baking sheet with parchment paper; drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  2. Form the pizza dough into a 20cm oval on parchment paper; turn over to coat with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

  3. Combine the tomatoes and basil in a bowl. Combine the ricotta, mozzarella, and mint in another bowl, and season with 0.5 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and garlic; cook, breaking up the minced meat, for 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to a plate. Add the broccolini fat and 1/2 cup water to the remaining pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stretch the dough onto parchment paper to form a 27 x 35 cm oval, and spread the ricotta mixture on top. Top with tomatoes, sausage, and broccolini. Transfer the pizza (on the parchment) to a preheated baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the pizza to a cutting board and slice.
