  • One red onion
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives

    Step 1
  • Remove the florets from two bunches of broccolini and cut the stems into 4-cm pieces. In a large bowl, toss the stems and florets with 1 thinly sliced ​​red onion, 1/4 cup halved Kalamata olives, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon coarse salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
