For all pizza lovers and dough-hating enthusiasts, this recipe suggests using a French baguette as a base. Cut it into slices, then cut each slice in half horizontally, top with toppings, including several types of cheese, and bake in the oven until the cheese melts. This pizza doesn't even require cutting, and you can experiment with any toppings. A great appetizer idea for a house party!

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 260°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Trim the ends of the baguette, then cut it into 4 equal pieces; halve each piece on the side. Place the bread cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic and oregano. Brush the bread slices with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate with a slotted spoon. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and crispy around the edges, about 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and cook until the vegetables are glazed, about 2 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses. Sprinkle each slice of bread with about 1/4 cup of the cheese mixture, then top with the onion-pepper mixture, sausage, and remaining cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 8 minutes.
- Microwave the remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for about 30 seconds. Drizzle the sauce over the pizza and sprinkle with cilantro.
