Forget about dough and yeast! This quick pizza is made on a sliced baguette—what could be more convenient? Load your pizza with all the ingredients of a traditional breakfast—scrambled eggs, fried bacon, and cheese—and you won't have to wonder what unique and filling dish to feed your family in the morning. Instead of pizza sauce, the baguette is topped with spicy mayonnaise. It's easy to make by mixing mayonnaise with any hot sauce or chili pepper of your choice.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat the oven to broil. Cut each slice of bread in half crosswise, then place cut-side up on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Grill until the bread is lightly toasted and browned around the edges, about 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, turning as needed, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain; discard any rendered fat from the skillet.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, half of the green onions, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Then, pour into the hot skillet. Cook, stirring with a heatproof silicone spatula, until the eggs are set in large, soft clumps, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Spread the toasted bread slices with spicy mayonnaise, then sprinkle with about half of the cheddar. Top each pizza with 2 slices of bacon. Evenly spread the scrambled eggs on top, then top with the remaining cheese.
- Return the bread to the oven and broil until all the cheese is melted, about 1 minute. Sprinkle each pizza with the remaining green onions and serve drizzled with hot sauce.
