This quick and delicious breakfast pizza is made with store-bought dough and filled with popular morning sandwich toppings: cream cheese, smoked salmon, and avocado slices. Topping it all off is a topping of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and dried onions, giving it a classic bagel flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (300 g) chilled thin-crust pizza dough
  • 110 g softened unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp poppy seed, sesame seed, and dried onion topping (for bagels)
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 110 g thin slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 230°C. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
  • Stretch the dough into a rectangle on a greased baking sheet. Mix the butter with 1.5 tablespoons of bagel topping, then spread it along the outer edge of the dough. Bake until golden brown, 10–12 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Step 3
  • Using a silicone spatula, spread the cream cheese evenly over the pizza, leaving a small edge. Top with the fish, avocado, and red onion. Sprinkle with chives, dill, and the remaining 1/2 tablespoon bagel topping.
