Marinating it in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, rosemary, garlic, and olive oil makes it incredibly flavorful and delicious. To achieve perfect doneness, quickly sear the steak in a pan until crisp, then finish cooking it in the oven.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, garlic, and black pepper. Marinate the tenderloin in this mixture for 60 minutes.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Season the steaks with salt. Place them in the hot pan (the marinade contains enough oil, so no frying oil is needed). Cook for 2 minutes, flip, cook for 1 minute, and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Continue cooking the remaining steaks. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook until doneness is desired. For medium, bake for 9 minutes. Serve with a fried egg.
