Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled pork breakfast sausage
  • 0.5 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • Tortillas, salsa, jalapeño peppers for serving
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, sauté 1/2 cup crumbled pork breakfast sausage, half the diced onion, and 1 tablespoon diced jalapeño in olive oil.

  • Add 4 beaten eggs and 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese; stir to combine. Divide the eggs evenly among 2 warmed wheat tortillas, drizzle with salsa, and roll into a burrito.
