To cook a delicious T-bone steak, all you need is a piece of meat, salt, ground black pepper, and odorless vegetable oil. Prepare an oven-safe skillet and sear the generously seasoned steak until golden brown on both sides. Then transfer the steak to a preheated oven and cook for a few more minutes. To ensure the steak is done, use a meat thermometer to ensure it doesn't dry out and to savor the juiciness and flavors of this unique steak, which combines two types of meat separated by a flavorful bone.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Remove the steak from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat. Pat the meat dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Add the oil to the hot skillet, and when it begins to smoke, add the steak. Reduce the heat slightly and cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake until a meat thermometer inserted into the side of the steak reads 120°F (49°C) for medium-rare, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes. Remove the meat from the bone and slice against the grain.
