  • 2 tsp hot Hungarian paprika
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic

    Step 1
  • Steaks:

    In a small bowl, combine cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle each steak with the spice mixture on both sides and massage into the meat. Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
