1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

  • 2 tbsp. l. sambal-olek or harissa

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C (430°F) or preheat the grill to indirect heat. If you have a pizza stone, place it on the center rack of the oven.
  2. Roll the pizza dough into a circle and place it on a nonstick oven-safe pan. Bake, grill, or place the dough directly on the grill grate over indirect heat. Cook until firm and lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. Cut the bacon into small pieces and place in a small bowl. Add the marinara sauce, sambal oelek, and maple syrup.
  4. Spread the sauce over a half-baked pizza crust, then add the cheese, making a well in the center. Crack the eggs into the well.
  5. Place back on the grill over indirect heat or in the oven and bake until the eggs are set, about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the grill or oven and sprinkle the yolks with freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt. Remove the pizza from the pan, cut into quarters, and serve hot.
