This pizza with ham and fried eggs is the perfect breakfast that everyone will love. Using store-bought pizza dough, it takes just over half an hour to prepare. It's also perfect for a snack or dinner. Its highlight is the basil pesto sauce, which adds a bright and refreshing flavor. The pesto perfectly complements the ham and eggs, and the mozzarella cheese adds a deliciously gooey texture. Top the finished pizza with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy.

- 1 package 600g of chilled pizza dough, room temperature
- 1 ball of mozzarella (220 gr.)
- 1 ham steak (200 g)
- 5 tbsp pesto
- 4 large eggs
- Grated Parmesan, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Gently stretch each dough ball into a 20 cm (8 in) circle, thicker at the edges. Transfer to prepared baking sheets. Prick each circle in the center with a fork. Bake until lightly golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into thin slices and the ham into cubes.
- Spread 2 tablespoons pesto on the pizza crusts, leaving a 1/2-inch border; top with mozzarella and scatter with prosciutto. Crack 1 egg onto each pizza and return to the oven. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny, 12 to 14 minutes. Top with the remaining 3 tablespoons. pesto and sprinkle with Parmesan.
