This super-satisfying pizza is made with tortellini pasta, miniature Italian dumplings filled with cheese. Boil them and arrange them on a pizza crust brushed with tomato sauce. Pineapple and ham chunks complement the tortellini—a perfect combination. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake until the cheese melts on the surface and inside the tortellini. Serve piping hot, topped with Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and red pepper flakes for a zesty flavor.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place a pizza stone (or upside-down baking sheet) in the oven and preheat the oven to 260°C.
- Place a large square sheet of parchment paper on a work surface and roll the dough out onto it. Stretch the dough into a 14-inch (35 cm) circle; pierce the dough several times with a fork. Using a pizza peel or a thin baking sheet, transfer the dough directly onto the parchment paper and place it on a pizza stone in the oven. Bake until lightly golden, 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and spread tomato sauce over the top, leaving a 2 cm (0.7 in) border. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then evenly distribute the ham, pineapple, and tortellini over the entire surface. Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished pizza with torn basil, grated Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve immediately.
