A step-by-step recipe for a spinach and cheese dumpling appetizer on skewers.


Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp canned pesto sauce
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 700 g tortellini dumplings with spinach and cheese, cooked and chilled
  • 1 liter cherry tomato
  • 350 g mozzarella, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine olive oil, pesto and vinegar in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Thread 1 tortellini, 1 cherry tomato, and 1 cube of mozzarella onto wooden skewers or skewers. Place the skewers on a serving platter and drizzle lightly with the dressing.
  • Step 3
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle the dumplings on skewers with parsley before serving.
