This Italian appetizer, Caprese, made with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, is a delight on its own with its combination of flavors and presentation, and when grilled on skewers, it's sure to be a hit at your house party. To prepare, you'll need bocconcini mozzarella (small balls), cherry tomatoes of similar size, fresh basil, and a nice touch—slices of baguette. Coat all ingredients with a drizzle of olive oil and thread onto wooden skewers. Be sure to soak the skewers in water first to prevent them from burning on the grill. Serve the skewers immediately.
