Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe tomatoes on the vine, sliced ​​into 0.5 cm thick circles
  • 450 g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced ​​into 0.5 cm thick slices
  • 20-30 leaves (about 1 bunch) of fresh basil
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Coarse salt and pepper
