This Italian-style salad uses miniature bocconcini mozzarella balls and similarly sized cherry tomatoes. Each ball is halved and tossed with fresh basil in a flavorful olive oil dressing with garlic, basil, and lemon juice. The salad is packed with all the flavors of a traditional Italian caprese appetizer, and the lemon and garlic in the dressing enhance the rich, multifaceted flavor. Serve as an appetizer with wine or as a side dish with meat.
