Meatballs in spaghetti on skewers

An original appetizer for the festive table, easy to prepare.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • 12 ready-made mini meatballs
  • Parsley
  • Marinara sauce (see recipe) Here)
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine spaghetti, beaten egg and Parmesan in a bowl. Roll in meatballs in the resulting mixture, then fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, 5 minutes. Insert a skewer into each meatball, arrange on a platter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with marinara sauce.
