- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1.5 cups finely chopped fresh cilantro

- Place the curry paste in a slow cooker, turn the heat to low and slowly stir in the coconut milk and 1 cup of cilantro. Step 2
- Add the meatballs and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly and the meatballs are heated through, 1 to 2 hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle the meatballs with the remaining 1/2 cup cilantro. Step 3
- To cook this dish in a cauldron, simmer, covered, over low heat until the sauce thickens slightly and the meatballs are heated through, 1 to 1.5 hours.
