Blueberry pizza - detailed recipe.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 liter of fresh blueberries or blackberries
- 1/2 tbsp. ricotta cheese
- 2 cups red wine
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting (optional)
- Zest of 1/2 orange
- A pinch of salt
- 2 baked 15cm diameter pizza bases.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat grill (or oven to 180°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, reduce the red wine by half and add the powdered sugar. When the mixture has thickened slightly, carefully stir in the blueberries and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Place the ricotta in a separate bowl. Grate a little orange zest (about a teaspoon) over the ricotta, add a pinch of salt, and stir. - Spread a layer of ricotta evenly over the pizzas, grill, and heat through. Or bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Heat the blueberry mixture.
Culinary advice: If the mixture is too runny, strain the berries and set aside. Reduce the liquid until thick and add it back to the blueberries. Arrange the berries on the pizzas and serve immediately. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
