The shot glasses are garnished with crushed Parmesan chips and filled with a cocktail of vodka, tomato juice, and pepper brine, infused for several hours with garlic and a sprig of basil. Garnish each shot glass with a skewer laced with the most popular pizza toppings: a small ball of mozzarella, an olive, marinated pepperoncini, and a basil leaf. A unique party treat is ready!

In a small pitcher, combine 1 cup tomato juice, 1/2 cup vodka, 1 tablespoon pepperoncini brine, and 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 sprig of basil and refrigerate for 2 hours. To make shot glass rims, puree 6 in a food processor. parmesan chips until finely ground. Rim 6 shot glasses in olive oil, then in crushed Parmesan cheese. Strain the cocktail into a liquid measuring cup; pour into prepared shot glasses. Thread bocconcini mozzarella balls, pepperoncini, olives, and basil leaves onto skewers and garnish the drinks.
