1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 pack of ready-made shortcrust pastry
  • 225 g softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large peach, sliced
  • 1 large apple, sliced
  • 1 large orange, divided into segments
  • 0.25 l fresh sliced ​​strawberries
  • 170 g fresh blueberries
  • 170 g fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup melted white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Roll the dough into a 15 cm diameter pizza pan. Bake for 11-15 minutes, until firm to the touch. Cool. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar.

    Spread the baked crust with the cream cheese mixture and garnish with sliced ​​fruit. In a small bowl, combine the melted white chocolate and chocolate syrup. Sprinkle the pizza with berries and drizzle with the chocolate mixture. Slice and serve immediately.
