Fruit pizza - detailed recipe.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 pack of ready-made shortcrust pastry
- 225 g softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large peach, sliced
- 1 large apple, sliced
- 1 large orange, divided into segments
- 0.25 l fresh sliced strawberries
- 170 g fresh blueberries
- 170 g fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup melted white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
Roll the dough into a 15 cm diameter pizza pan. Bake for 11-15 minutes, until firm to the touch. Cool. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar.
Spread the baked crust with the cream cheese mixture and garnish with sliced fruit. In a small bowl, combine the melted white chocolate and chocolate syrup. Sprinkle the pizza with berries and drizzle with the chocolate mixture. Slice and serve immediately.
